T24 Mobile — T24 sim card not activated | |||
Hello Team, I had purchased the T24 Sim card from Big Bazaar, Lake Mall in Kolkata. While purchasing the concerning team charged Rs 80 / - & told that it will be activated within 3 days. I had purchased the SIM on 20/02/2016. I had dropped a mail to [protected]@t24mobile.com with the same concern on 25/02/2016. But didn't receive any support from them. Unable to make or receive calls & SMSs, do i need to recharge? what kind of recharge need to be done
deduction of balance and customer complaint not taken
i am trying to put a complaint to the service provider about my balance deduction and complaint is not been taken by service provider customer cell and they are not even try to solve out the problem39%
