This is with reference to unsuccessful recharge. I have made recharge of 38/- On 2nd August 2016 through Paytm. I received the confirmation that the benefits will be added in 48 hours. However the benefits have not been added in account yet. Now customer care is refusing to give money/benefits back. I have purchased On 16 DEc 2017 from big bazar shopping Rs 1448.53 (Tax Invoice No [protected] and Cash Memo No 0423955. and Rs 1400.00 from FBB (Tax Invoice No [protected] and Cash Memo No 0003275.
But as on date I have not received the talk time value to my T 24 Mob No [protected].
Please do needful action and confirm by mail.
