T24 Mobile — Unwanted Deduction from mobile number +91-[protected] on 11th september,2015

There is unwanted deduction of Rs 173 from my main balance of mobile number +91-[protected] on 11th september, 2015. I spoke to customer care. They said it was deducted for internet browsing inspite of having data balance. Now, they are not entertaining it properly.
