[Resolved] T24 Mobile — Unwanted money deduction from mobile talktime account

I am Alok Nath Pal, face some problem due to my operator problem. When I purchase T24 sim card from Liluha[West Bengal] Bigbazar they promiss me that the sim card have free 98 message for every day it may STD /Local for 1 year. I got this free service for 23 days[25th july to 18th Auguest 2014], but now it charges local 1 Re & STD 1.5 Rs per message. I try to contact the customer care but they deny about there services. My Sim card IMSI no is [protected].
And my mobile no is [protected].
Please consider my case as early as possible.
