On [20-06-14] I placed the above order with Takshu for [Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582], for which I paid in advance. The [Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582] has still not been delivered.Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you are required to deliver the [Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582] to me within a reasonable time. As [14 Days] has elapsed since I placed the order, you have failed to fulfil this statutory requirement and are therefore in breach of contract.I am now making time of the essence.If you do not send me the [Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582] by [5-08-14] I will consider our contract at an end, as I am entitled to do in law, and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of [Rs. 7, 699]
