Talash — Sisnt get online order peoduct

I order one cake through online in talash for delivery on 27/08/[protected]@9am.but it is not delivered till now.i sent mail to them regarding this matter.but they didnt reply.i called them customer care from esterday onwards.neither they are not answering nor they busy the no.but i got them in line after so many times of calling and they told me they will check and call back after 5-10mt.but they are not calling me.so i called them afte 30mt to rill now so much calls.but they are not responding.sometime they are not answeing.some time they busy the phone.neither i want that delivered product or i want my money back.1099rupees.so pls do the needful.thanking you
