TalkCharge — About wallet balance | |||
I added RS.2015 in my talkcharge wallet on 5th February 2017 but after 2 days still now I not received the amount in my wallet whether showing transaction successful and the same amount cut from my card.I mailed many time to talkcharge care but they not answering properly.please do something. My order id is TC[protected] nd i didn't get the cashback till now nd 10 days are over i did the recharge on 16 feb 2017 but no further query given by talkcharge regarding cashback i complain by sending email on [protected]@talkcharge.com .

Talkcharge provides fake offers to lure customers. I have applied the promo-code with all terms and conditions, but no cashback is offered as mentioned in the offer details. I have mailed to their customer-care yet no reply has come as yet.
