TalkCharge — Did not refund my money 2430/- from talkcharge

Hello team,

I have dish tv recharge 2430/- dated @21-march 2017 and recharge also successful but as offer 9mth on get free 3 mth so i don't reach the 3month offer then dishtv has refund my money @31-march-2017 so it should be money in my bank either my talkcharge wallet. Till time is not reflecting my money (2430/-) i have called but they are not receive my called.

Talkcharge company is located in gurugram, haryana -122004

Kindly look into my issue,... And help please...
