Dear concerned,

My complaint is regarding service provided by your agency partner "anu international" located at south delhi, as we renew our tally software on 19. Sept.2017 and payment was made on same date. The website show that our tally is renewed but my software is not updated till now. It is running on version 4.8 we request for renew from anu international but one of its executive said his office hour is over. We contact so many times for solve the query but they disconnect the phone and said we will call you later.

A very wrost service provided by anu international.
