Dear Sir, I am working at tamilnadu tourism development corporation Ltd., @ trichy. i hav enquired for Bangalore on 29.01.2016 at trichy central bus stand on bus no KA.40 F772 at between 8.00 PM to 9.30PM. but your conductor was said there is no ticket available for Bangalore and he told that if you have pay extra 100/- INR i'll provide a ticket for Bangalore. i asked that what is the actual fare and why are you asking extra money for the ticket. but he was spoked very rudely at public places. it was very uncomfortable for me at the movement. actually it was create bad name for KSRTC at Trichy Central Bus Stand. Hence i request you that take necessary action regarding in this matter...
