Digital gold was purchased through Tanishq app. At selling the digital gold was not possible due to name mismatch with PAN. Contacted customer care through mail and chat from last 10 days and submitted all required documents in 3 times. They reply with in 48 hrs problem will be solved.
Purchasing time nothing to be asked, but selling time lot of problems was created. Every time customer care persons asking for submit documents again and again.
This type of worst customer care support i never expected from reputed company.
