Tanishq — Grievance - Mentally harassment, Pathetic dealing with customer

This is related to our dealing with your store located Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad UP. This store has the pathetic staff which I have ever dealt.

I have paid the amount 23134/- on the 01st October for an ornament which my wife bought plus we had some gold for exchange. This store manager Mr. Manav Thakur is claiming that they did not get the amount credited to their account hence cannot give the ornament. Somehow on request of my wife, the store gave us the ornament but kept our gold worth rupees 60000/- by force and gave one balance amount receipt.

Below are the details of the transaction

ICICI Bank Acct XX973 debited for Rs 23134.00 on 01-Oct-22; airpay tanishqg credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 973 to [protected].

Attached is the transaction screen-shot. Now, scene 01st Oct, this person Manav is not giving us any satisfactory statement.

When we requested Manav to check with your accounts or payment gateway, he checked with them for a wrong transaction done by my wife name Monika Chauhan for the same amount which was obviously a FAILED transaction and we already know that. I talked to him and explained to him that he needs to check the transaction done by myself with the name Anuj Partap Singh and I then talked to my bank which is saying that the amount is debited from my account and credited to Tanishq account. I also talked to your payment gateway AIRPAY with the ref id o[censored]PI transaction (UPI:[protected] which my bank provided. In the whole process we are getting very negative support from the store and store manager 'Manav Thakur'.

He keeps telling my wife that he will get back to us as he is busy right now and never calls back. This morning, when my wife called him, he said, "I do not talk about official matters at home". So please let me know where we can go? He is busy in office hours, cannot talk if it is non office hours. He is a person with ZERO responsibility sense.

Your customer care also said that no one can talk in non office hours, that is a genuine thing and when I asked the CC rep that he is not getting back to us after assuring us that he is busy and will call back then where should we go to register the complaint, he suggested this email id. Though I have very less expectations now from Tanishq but would request you to look into this matter. If you need any additional information, please let me know.
