Dear sir,
Today i made a purchase from your behala, kolkata showroom.
Much regret to inform you that i had a very unpleasant shopping experience. I bought a chain and the whole process took around two hours including melting and value assessment of the old gold, which i feel is much too long. Thereafter, while registering my details for the generation of the bill, my name was spelt wrongly, which resulted an avoidable delay and self going through a series of questions for verification, which is not accepted.
Being a senior retired indian navy officer, i didn't expect such an experience at a tata outlet (Tanishq).
