Tanishq — Unsatisfactory service about the manufacturing defect

18 inches gold chain got transformed into 32 inch gold chain, after an usage of 4 months. Instead of accepting the manufacturing defect Tanishq at Rohtak, Haryana argues it to be a damage as a result of excessive usage. Adviced for exchange for the equivalent price but later detected 11k from the already spent money in the name of making charges. Which is a cheating!! oRegistered a complaint about the same in Tanishq, they promised to look into the matter and do the needful. But hoping they will dump this issue too, like other complaints.
