Dear Sir/Madam I had been following with Tanishq Customer Care since last 2 Months over follow-up Customer Care call, mail but due to unknown reason my mobile no have not been updated. Every time new complaint ID had been provided but mobile no. is not updated. First complaint Date:6/05/2018 Second complaint Date: 08/05/2018 Third Complaint Date: 13/05/2018 Fourth Complaint Date : 16/05/2018 Fifth Complaint Date : 02/06/2018 Sixth Complaint Date: 11/06/2018 Seventh Complaint Date : 17/06/2018 Eighth Complaint Date: 17/07/2018 The response word is same "We have forwarded your concern to our concerned department and request you to give us some time. Once we receive the status we shall keep you posted. Kindly bear with us." Due to this I am not able to register for online payment and unable to get my statement. Please do the needful since delay in updating mobile no. shows that things are not in place in Tanishq and I am afraid about investment with hard earned money is not safe.
