Dear Sir/ Mam, I had purchased 1 Chingu blanket set in Taniya Handloom ( Address - Taniya Handloom, The Mall, Manali, 175-135, Dist- Kullu). at the time of visit we paid advance amount of Rs 2000/- and total cost is Rs 7000/-. along with 1 Chingu blanket, they had given 4 other blankets free (complementary). But after 1 month also, they had not delivered the materials and I had called all 3 numbers given in Bill ( Mobile Number[protected], [protected], land line[protected] So kindly help us to get our materials or amount refund. I had purchased 2 Chingu blanket set in Taniya Handloom ( Address - Taniya Handloom, The Mall, Manali, 175-135, Dist- Kullu) on 02.01.2014. At the time of visit we paid advance amount of Rs[protected]+2000) and total cost is Rs 15200/-(7600+7600). along with 2 Chingu blanket, they had given 10 other free gifts (complementary). I and my mother purchased 2 Chingu blanket with bill no. 414 and 415. But now it is more than 1 month but still they had not delivered the materials. I had called all 5 numbers given in Bill ( Mobile Number[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and land line[protected]. So kindly help us to get our materials or amount refund.
