I had ordered food from tastykhana last night at around 8 pm through netbanking. The amount was debited, but the food did not come, and the order is still Under Process. I can't initiate refund through the website. They don't pickup when I call them. They don't reply to email either. The amount is Rs 330. Please refund ASAP. The order number is NCB3XOETSW

This was refunded. Took a hell lot of time, but they finally refunded it. Thanks. Next time, if such a technical issue happens, please take the appropriate steps faster. Well, if it's possible, just try to eliminate such phenomenon. Regards
