Tata 1mg — Product is missing but refund is not giving

I ordered a product from tata 1mg on 10/05/2022 and recived on 15/05/2022 . Product order ID is PO[protected]. After receiving the product i found that one metrial is missing out of three metrials. That day (15/5/2022) I raise a complain and told the company that matter. Company agent told me they need 24-48 hr to solve the issue. Then I give the time so they can solve my issue. I also share the picture of the product where one metrial is missing. I send that picture to mail after they asking for that picture.

After completing 48 hr company's agent didn't contact me at all. Then I realise I have to contact the company. After that I asked the company agent my issue is not solve after 2 days . Then again they take 24 hr from me and told me they are highlighted the problem and issue will be solve surely but after 48 hr again they didn't contact me or help me at all and forget about my issue but after sending me missing metrial they still holding my money. Again I contact to the they told me within 1hr a supervisor will contact me but after 24 hr no one contact me. When i contact them again they again take 24 hr to solve the problem. But still I didn't get any kind of response from their side. They just harassing me and Just spinning round and round. Please look at this matter as soon as possible. Otherwise I will take legal action at consumer court. I will take my money back with compensation.
