I purchased tata aig healthcare policy product name (Mediprime) & policy number [protected], on 8th jan 2019 the amount 6053 rs was deducted from my salary account, which was opened recently with axis bank. This option of purchasing the policy was available only for new account holders.
I called tata aig customer care 5-8 times for the soft copy of my policy, every time customer care support executive said, team, will send you the soft copy within 2 working days. Purchase date is 8th jan 19, and i am following up with customer care from 15th jan 2019. Still no response. When i asked for the refund, they said we will deduct the amount from the policy amount as per pro-rate bases. Till date i. E. 5th feb 2019, i have not received any soft copy or hard copy on my mail id/address.
