Tata Card — Regarding the tata credit card

Hi,
This is antaryami pothal. Currently i have got tata credit card from my offfice at tcs, bangalore only they told it is free of service and no annual fee, you will get good amount of cash back and every thing bla...Bla...But really i want to throw this card if thta executive will come again to office and i ll go for a police complaint if this will not care. This is really frustrating after no transaction also they have sent that your minimum amount need to be paid what the hell ?Man, really i want to close this account tell me the office or any address, i will go there and i need to close this card.
