Tata Card — Reward points not credited after transaction more than 2000 rupees within 2 months

I had complaints about this by calling the customer care, 1st time they said this offer is not available on your card.
Where in the web site it is mentioned clearly. On 2nd time when I raised again this issue they said OK you will be credits 500 within 7 days. But still I am waiting for the amount to credit to my account.
