Ordered the Marshall Major IV wireless headphone vide order no.[protected]. I received the package with an empty box. I have raised a complaint on 6th Nov and have been following up tirelessly every second day for a resolution. Suddenly today the executive says that the item was packed and hence it was delivered. This is not only frustrating it is also ridiculous. I have wasted my time, energy and have definitely had far from a luxury experience.
