I had ordered New Balance shoes on 8th Jan and got delivery on 11th Jan 2024.I initiated return the same day as the shoes were tight for me.On 12th Jan a pick up guy called but did not turn up for pick up.On 16th Jan the app automatically cancelled my return.I have been calling the customer care number but there has been no response.I tried to raise complaint multiple times through their app however it does record any complaint.
