Tata Consultancy Services — BGC not cleared and I was thrown out

I got an offer from TCS as an IT Analyst C2 grade in June 2022. I had put papers in my last company to join TCS. Finally joined TCS on 4th July 2022. After joining of my one month, BGC verification started. And in September 2022, all my companies has been cleared in BGC after providing salary slips, form 16, and bank statements. But my first company of 2017 was not cleared as that company was shut down in covid, and they didn't provide few documents like form 16 at that time. And no connectivity with the main director. But in this 2nd director reached me to help out. He provided me with the company's existing documents. Even though he mailed to the TCS hr, but with arrogancy that HR was not accepting his mail.
Now TCS, suddenly the hr called me on 29 September 2022 to resign or else they will terminate me due to failure in BGC. I asked her that please check with the bgc team again, I am a genuine person, and you can't do this to me. But she did not want to listen to anything. She just wants to fire me. Then my manager of TCS also helped me in this but the hr did not listen to her also. I asked, of if you are decided to terminate me, then please give me at least a notice period so that I can search for another job, but nothing. Then I had to resign on the same day and had no option.
But how did I get fail? They consider my first company as a fraud and decided to terminate me.
If the BGC team took some initiative to do the BGC properly, then this would not happen.
Now I have encouraged myself to write this much, as I am thinking daily that what wrong I did in this.
I request TCS to check again and provide me with the employment continuity with the salary till date because it harmed me a lot in this gap after the release.
