[Resolved] Tata Consultancy Services — Worst services provides by passport Seva Kendra at Surat | |||
I have visited PSK in Surat for renewal of my current passport. When I booked my appointment I got it after 2 months and when I had to wait for two months I thought I will receive quick service as I am acquiring appointment but I got shocked to see the scene at PSK office where people are just rushing like they are into fish market!! Also I was been Harassed by the Member of staff constantly for 3 days and yet my file is not being accepted, there was a member sitting at B4 counter who repeatedly harassed me four (4) time for asking me various types of documents. When I request him at very first time please tell me at once for all the documents you require but he ignored me and told at first day just bring the education documents for ECR category and I won't need anything else. When I took education certificates then he again asked me for my gas bill even though I had my light bill and property tax bill with me. He threats me if I need a passport than I'll have to bring my light bill. So again on third day I still got the light bills with me than he told me to come on Monday now because it was Friday when I request him please take my documents he just got rude with me and told me to get out from the office!! I just felt like I spent 7-8 years in UK and I was never being insulted like that before and these guy made me realize that our country (India) will remain same there will be no change in it. Here I just complained because I truly respect TATA and I have a great experience with the company and I am proud to have such great company in India . I just want to request please take some action against these guy as he is sitting there in TCS office the spoiling the reputation of the company. He has no sense of talking to consumer, he does not even know what a consumer can do? If I wanted I would have put my case into consumer court as I do have a live recording of the whole scenario but I truly respect TATA so I am just assuming you will take some action against him or I will have to personally meet vaghela Medam the head of passport office in SURAT (Gujarat )as my fathers know her via Mr Gilitvala. (MLA). Please it's my request to you to take action against him as he is being very rude guys while sitting on that post and thinks he can do anything. Dear Abhishekji, I agree with you. Same thing I am facing for my fresh passport. Staff of B & C section are very rude, they dont have sense to talk with people.Now 3rd time i went to psk for submitting my file but every time they are asking for new document, I think thay dont have experience, knowledge of document processing, I really harassed from them. I think those people are may be waiting for BRIBE I really shocked Is that TCS (CMC) employee, is that result of company's employee training. My application is till on hold. I request to CMC, please recruit and appoint intelligent staff with good experience, moral, sense. I am not saying that give passport without verify document to applicant, do all necessary process but please tell one time that which document are necessary.
