Tata Docomo — 3G speed issue | |||
10 days back I recharged my number with 249 INR for 3g recharge. the amount was deducted from my mobile main balance. as soon as i got the msg for recharge comfirmation my 3g speed reduced to 60 to 100 kbps. i hv registered a complaint via customer care for this issue many times till date no issue resolved. worst part is i got complaint number when i registerd, within 3 days i got one more msg that issues resolved complaint closed. but problem is still there...
