My 3g data (On mobile no-[protected]) became 2g on same day due to someone�s false recharge.
25.05.2016: my 3g data�s validity was supposed to expire so i did recharge of 39 to get more 5 days validity.
I am shocked when i got a sms that recharge of 26 successful for 125mb 2g recharge. So i am thinking that somebody had recharge my number wrongly.
I am not getting any solutions from customer care.
But my question is why i will suffer for any other mistakes. Earlier i had 400mb data carried forward and got 150mb in morning so total 550mb 3g data lapsed. I have used only 46mb data out of that, i have enclosed the screen shots of software which monitors data in my smart phone.
Requesting you to revert my 3g package and make a full proof solution like otp before recharge to prevent such incident in future with any other customer. Was this information helpful? |
