Tata Docomo — 3g usage | |||
I have been using TATA Docomo connection for over 6 years now and the number ([protected]) for over 4years. I shifted from Postpay to Prepay due to a lot of issues with my billing and with the intent to move to a different service provider due to the bad network connectivity in Bangalore, however I stayed with Docomo for over 1 year post this change. but today was the most horrific day for me for using the 3g service which I have been using for a long time now. I had used the 3g connection for not more than 10 mins (as per your customer service guy it was much less than that) and when I disconnected the connection it said I have been charged for some 8 odd rupees. Later when I check my balance I was surprised to see a huge amount deducted and when I contacted your customer care guy Jawaad he mentioned I have used 9MB of data in 10 mins. 9 MB in 10 mins for just checking my mails and checking my FB account is insane... I asked your rep to be logical but he was not using his logical sense at all and instead said I used it for 9 MB and hence I have ben charged 100rs. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that there is no wrong balance deduction found and you have been charged Rs. 92.90/- correctly as per your data usage of 92.85 MB on 31-Jan-2014 and we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you the refund for same.
