Tata Docomo — 3GB data not given instead Rs75 talktime plus 1.56 GB is given on 247 recharge. | |||
Respected sir, I recharged my tata docomo mobile no. [protected] at11:38PM on 17 Feb14 with Rs.247 data pack which gives 3GB of data for 2 months as per shown on your official website .But after succesfull recharge I have got only 1.56 GB data and talktime of Rs.75 . I don't need any talktime as I use my this number only for data purpose. Please provide me full 3GB data as per shown on your website and retain back the talktime provided to me. I have made complaint to customer care 3 times but still real benifit is not provided to me . Please solve my problem otherwise I would have to take some legal action against your company for this kind of neglegence. Was this information helpful? | |||
