Tata Docomo — Account De-Activation | |||
I've a corporate post paid connection with DOCOMO. Since I've moved out of country I've been trying to cancel the account for the past two weeks. Sent 3-4 emails to '[protected]@tatatel.co.in' and '[protected]@tatadocomo.com'. Contacted them in Face book and twitter. In Face book, I got a reply once asking me to send email to [protected]@tatadocomo.com that I have already done. Also tried contact the customer service [protected]. After trying around 4-5 time, one guy picked up and told me that he can't help me as his computer is not working. Next billing cycle starts on 11-Aug. I need to get this account cancelled before that. Was this information helpful? | |||
