[Resolved] Tata Docomo — activate expensive schemes without any requests

my phone number ( Karnataka ) was activated with an expensive scheme of 75 Rupees per month without any requests from my side.and when I enquired about this with their customer care they just out my call to hold abd thn disconnected telling me that they will check. this is so irritating and disgusting kindly help

Tata docomo
has deducted 75rs from account balance also this mrning for Endless music plan for which I hv NT subscribed...even im lodging a comolaint now...& this is second time they r doing this to me...
