[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Activation of movie world automatically without my permission

My prepaid mob [protected] has been recently activated the unwanted movie world without my knowledge and charged rs. 75 for the period of two months. This is no way useful to us. I used to maintain minimum rs. 300 balance in my account. Automatically you are doing the deductions most of the times without my request. I am not happy with your service. As you have deducted without permission for the movie world, kindly refund the amount back to my account..

We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent.
