[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — ACTIVATION OF PACKS WITHOUT CONSENT FOR THREE TIMES

My number is [protected]. I had recharged my number for 300INR and got a talktime of 200INR. For three consecutive times since a week, my account balance is being deducted without consent for a pack called ENDLESS MUSIC for which i have not received any notification. They have relentlessly cut 80RS, 75RS last week (15/9/2014, 17/9/2014) and 55RS (19/9/2014) again yesterday night. When i called up the customer care, they had the audacity to answer me in an arrogant tone. I want my money back. Kindly help.

Updated by Radhu29 I got my account credited back today evening (20/9) but its a ridiculous thing that they continue to cut my balance time and again even after being complained through consumer forum. Rs 75 has again been deducted from my balance today (20/9/2014) evening without my consent. I am very sick of this service and stringent action has to be taken against them.
