[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Again Tata Docomo wrongly deducted my main balance of Rs 295 | |||
Again Tata Docomo deducted Rs 295 of my main balance for Internet browsing even i have Internet pack and still have 1.90 MB Internet balance. As per the discussion over the call. We would like to inform you that the amount of Rs. 295/- has got deducted due to
browsing of internet and the same there was no data balance left in your account. However, we have already registered your complaint
regarding balance deduction with docket number: PBR12256928.
