Hi Team, Please note, yesterday I had recharged with amounting 80 Rs in my Mob# [protected] and 75 Rs had deducted from my main balance. I would like to inform you that there was no such service activated in my account. Request you to treat this as urgent basis and let me know when can i receive my refund asp. However, we were unable to contact you as the call was disconnected from your end. We would like to inform you that as per our records you have been charged an amount of Rs.75.10/- (for usage of 7483 KB) from[protected] at 12:03 AM to 03:12 PM as there was less data in your account. However, each site automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Hence we always recommend our customers to maintain minimum data balance of 30 MB. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.75.10/- has been credited to your account vide docket number ABAL[protected] on 28-SEP-2016 at 01:11 PM. Also you would get data alerts when your data balance would be less. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10p/10KB.
