Tata Docomo — amount deduction for data usage

Hi My Mobile no is :[protected].In my GSM mobile my amount is getting deducted after every 40 minutes.after deduction i am getting a message your data usage is XXXX .But i have n't made any calls or i have not visited any web pages.Even i have not asked for any 2G/3G services.Please treat this as urgent.
