[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Amount deduction without my knowledge VAS 44.85rs | |||
My Number: [protected] From my number amount 44.85rs has been deducted. Asked about this to customer care, I have not activated anything since what was the reason you deduct my balance from main account, Also that what was the reason you take the exact amount that have 44.85rs? What is the VAS I have activated what its original cost. Response from Doco mo CC: "You have double confirmed for activate VAS. Since this is a first time I will refund this amount within three hours of time." I have wait up to next day morning nearly 12 hours. No amount credited to my balance. tried to make call From my mobile i was not able to contact customer care, CC are all busy write an Email. I have tried with another number(Docomo) that I have, response is again the exactly same . I have wait up to 24 hours. no issue. Again i tried with another mobile when i tell about my number without tell anything they have cut the call. I have not able to call CC from the number that i have . I have tried to make a complaint through their website. When i'm typing on that box its automatically redirect. I have attached the screen. How can i Call this cheating network. Please make peoples aware about this kind of cheaters in the name of Network providers. Was this information helpful? | |||
