Dear sir/Mam, i have use a tata docomo card prepaid today my balance is automatic deducation 17 rupees is my account why i was call call to call center i talk to someboday but she saying me your vasu service valueaded is activated by you but i am not use a smart phone just i have use this number only outgoing call .that problem is not for a first time this problem is with me 3 rd time but till now i am not getting proper respons .my problem is not solve within 2 days i will mail Elango Thambiah. We would like to inform you that, VAASTU service was activated by you on[protected] through SMS mode and hence the balance of Rs.17.9/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. As per your request we have already deactivated all Value Added Services so that you don’t get charged in future.
