[Resolved] Tata Docomo — balance deducted and value added pack is activated without user activation | |||
my number [protected] network tata docomo circle gujarat on 9th july pack named i care worth rupees 75 has been activated for which i have not requested and now customer care is not ready to refund for the same.. i have been tata docomo's customer since last 3 year and this has happened with me for the first, it was not expected from tata docomo.. pls refund my balance Was this information helpful? | |||

As per our discussion over call, please be informed that, the balance deduction is due to the value added service which was active on your number. This has been activated on 09-jul-14 from your handset.
We would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs. 75/-has been credited back in your account vide docket number ABAL[protected]. The above mentioned service has already been deactivated on your number to avoid any more deductions. It will get deactivated within 30 minutes. We request you to check your account balance by dialing *191*2#.
