[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance deducted but pack not activated | |||
My Tata Docomo Prepaid GSM No.is [protected] I received the following msg on my above no. Hi, DOUBLE VALIDITY-Enjoy All Local-STD Tata calls @20p/m & Other Local-STD calls @40p/m for 56 Days (& not 28 Days). Recharge with Rs32 or Dial *141*1031# After receiving the message i recharged my no. by dialing the specified code. The said amount of Rs.32 was deducted from my account and i also received the following confirmation message STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.32, Validity:28 days, Tata (Local&STD) calls @ 20p/min. Other networks (Local&STD) calls @ 40p/min Tranc ID:CMS40573380 But my call charges are being deducted at standard rates i.e 1.5p/sec still now. I have contacted customare care at 121 and they are saying that the rechage is not applicable for my no. I want to know that if recharge is not applicable then why u people have sent me that message and also why the said amount is deducted from my account and why also i have received the confirmation message. What rubbish is this, the so called customer care executives have also blocked my no. and i m not able to contact customare care any more...this kind of behviour is totally not tolerable.
