We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.70.69/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (2 sessions) at the same time on dated[protected] at 10:50PM as you have used 12140KB Data. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.70.69/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 19-DEC-2015 at 07:22PM. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10P/10KB.
