[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance deducted | |
Respected sir, i have a tata docomo sim no is [protected], 02apr recharge 8rs for 100 mb data 11pm to 7am i am finish using the internet at 6:50am, but they deduct 176 rs in my account. When i complaint they told me only 100 rs refunding possible, they(Mr. Jayan & mrs. Ruby) don't transfer my call senior officer, and now they blocked my outgoing call to customer executive via 121 and 198. Please help me to refund my 178 rs and unblock outgoing calls also. PBR12366041 Respected sir, i have a tata docomo sim no is [protected], they have a recharge plan 8 Rs for 100Mb data but after use 70Mb they deduct paisa from main balance.They deduct 176 Rs and refund 90 Rs after complaint, and they blocked my outgoing call to customer executive via 121 and 198. Mrs Nadasha called from Tata Docomo( 10 Apr 16) ( Call from +[protected] She told me cannot give ur balance...Please help me to refund my 86 rs and unblock outgoing calls also.
