Tata Docomo — balance deducted illegally

Hello, My number is [protected]. An amount of Rs.99 has been deducted from my account. I complained to CCE and he transferred the call to the supervisor. He credited only Rs.30 and said remaining amount will be credited within 24 hours. But I did not get my money. Now tata docomo people are dropping my call after stealing my money. Help me to get my amount.

I complained to CCE and he transferred the call to the supervisor and I couldn't get any help from there. and Now tata docomo people are dropping my call after stealing my money. Help me to get my amount. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. I haven't used any data nor made a call. It would be really helpful of you to return my balance as soon as possible. I have proof that I didn't use any data. When I enquired about my last data usage I got this message. Photo attached. Please check
