Tata Docomo — Balance deduction

I am writing regarding balance deduction on my mobile number [protected]. On 9 th march i refilled my account with Rs.50 and i had a total amount of Rs.47 and now its just Rs.2.
Its annoying for no reason my balance is deducted. And when i called customer care for help they are like you have used this and that, our system is showing this.
