[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance deduction | |||
Hello sir, Mera tata docomo gsm [protected]ka number hai. Maine 19/4 sham pe ₹40 recharge kiya tha aur sirf 2 ya 3 call kiya tha. Aaj (21/4) jab me call kar raha ths to "u have not a sufficient balance to make a call" ke aaya to maine balance check kiya ₹0.2 paise dikhaya to maine complaint karne ke liye 198 pe call kiya to unhone bataya ki "remedy career pack" active hone ki wajase balance kata hai. To maine kaha jab maine active karne ki request di hi nahi to kaise active kiya aapne to unhone apne sinners ko call transfer kiya us ne bhi kaha ki pack ke liya aapka paisa kata hai to maine kaha maine koi pack active karne ki request nahi di aur mera paisa refund karo tous ne meri complaint bhi nahi li aur pasa refund bhi nahi hota kaha. Maine kaha tum refund mat do lekin muje complaint lekar sr. No do us kaha hamare yaha koi sr (Request number) nahi hota aur call cut kar diya. Aur mere mobile pe pack deactivate ka message aaya. maine yesterday around 12 :30 ko apna tata docomo gsm ka rs 251 ka combo pack online recharge kiya or, sirf whatsapp use ki or ek lotus cream ka review check ki or kuch frndship ka msg check liya or, 3 ya 4 cal kiya uske bad mera remain balance 81 rs tha sam ko suddenly mujhe msg aaya ki u dont have sufficient balance to make a call . To maine apna net blnc check liya *111*1# to mere account me nhi blnc tha or nhi net blnc tha uske bad se maine 198 pe continue call ki .But customer care se bat nhi ho pai .Fir maine dusre tata docomo sim se cal ki to jakr bat hui ek girl miss bulbul se subah jakr bat hua to maine usse bola ki mere blnc or net blnc refund kr dijiye pls usne mujhe nonsense matter bta kr cal disconnect kr di .
So please ab mera apse request hai ki mera blnc or net blnc refund kr de pls or mujhe sim ko port krne ka idea btaye pls because, i m happy with tata docomo service.
