[Resolved] Tata Docomo — balance deduction of Rs 133.50 on 26/10/2014 | |||
Hello my name is arvind kumar my tata docomo no is +91-[protected]. on 26/10/2014 around 8:00 PM by balance was deducted of Rs 133.50 without any pre intimation. and neigher i get the any message of deduction. when i call customer care then they toll me i used Internet so balance was deducted. i want to know when i had internet balance so why balance was deducted without any intimation of low data balance. and i have suffer a lot to get my balance back i call 5 to 6 time from different docomo numbers. please sir help me to get my balance back. It's good to know some one is here to listen us...
But if i get my all money mean 33.50 more then it would more justic to me. I get 100 Rs back but balance deduction was 133.50 Rs. On that day.
