Tata Docomo — Balance depletion of 276Rs | |||
Dear Sir, I have 297Rs balance and 177 3G data available in my account for mobile number [protected]. I also have whats app unlimited pack activated. I have used Internet for half house of around 100MB and checked my balance then it shows 20Rs. How this is can be possible. This is third time tata dococmo has deducted my balance. I have raised complaint (Ref no: M[protected] but not received proper resolution and tata docomo is not ready to refund charges incorrectly deducted. This is third time they deducted balance even having GPRS pack active this time i want my balance back. Also tata docomo do not send any notification of data uses, low data or balance deduction messages, they just deduct your balance whit-out any notification.. This is totally fault from their side and need proper resolution with refund of my balance. Thanks, Vishal Was this information helpful? | |||
