Tata Docomo — balance from account deducted, no top up done | |||
i recharged my mobile number [protected] from tata docomo online recharge portal of rs 110 . i got "executed" after paying, but no balance i got.. my net banking statement shows balance deducted. and i even have sms of deducted sms... please help what to do.. frequent user of online recharge from this site.but this problem occured the first time. and on calling 198, i got no help.. As per our discussion over call, we request you to wait for 5 to 7 working days to credit back your amount in your bank account.
Kindly note, that if the amount is not credited back, then we request you to revert back to us with the following information.

3. PGI Ref. No./ Transaction Id ( 14 digit starting with M)------
