[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill not justified (Harrassment) | |||
I was asked to pay Rs 1650 as churn out fee for discontinuing my Tata Docomo 3G dongle (number [protected] ). No information was provided by company during my purchase of the connection. Also, it is no where mentioned in my Bill Plan. I received a call from their retention department who gave me an offer, so that I continue with Tata Docomo services. The offer is as follows: The Unlimited 5GB plan which would have cost me at a rental of Rs 750 per month was offered at Rs. 600 per month and that too with an additional discount of Rs. 200 for this month. Also, he assured me that I could give cancellation request again, if not satisfied. The offer effectively meant that my current bill should have been between Rs 400 and 500 including service tax. However, this is not the case. My bill actually shows monthly rental of Rs. 675 (charges from 23/04/14 to 19/05/14…not even complete 1 month) and total bill of Rs. 758.43 I sent multiple emails to Tata Docomo customer care and also escalated to Level 4, but failed to earn any response from them.
