Tata Docomo — Bill not sent | |||
Hi My name is Pradeep Rajan and I am using Tata DoCoMo number which is [protected]. I have been raising issue with Tata DoCoMo since last 6 months to send me my bill statement to my e-mail or residential address, till date they haven't sent me 1. I strongly believe that they are charging me more. they give me excuse saying that they have sent to my e-mail address. On top of that they disconnect all my outgoing calls. because of this I am facing serious issue. I believe once they see this blog they might send me the soft copy to my mailing address.
